About Us
We are an average family living in a growth area in outer south east Melbourne. We have 3 teenage children and both work in IT for large corporates.
This blog is a record of our ongoing interaction with Telstra and with a little bit of Internode thrown in. It dates back to April 2002 when we first moved into a new home in a new estate in the largest growth corridor in outer south east Melbourne.
It also serves as a place for us to direct people to when they invariably ask us, "Why is your internet so crap?".
